Injury Prevention work is exactly what it sounds like. Whether it's an on going injury over many years or a new injury that we want to best eliminate coming back.
How it works
You may find that you have a certain weak point, or the requirements of your sport stress some areas more frequently than others.
The results from our assessments can highlight areas of focus you can work on. It is then up to you to build the exercises and treatment interventions into your schedule to enhance your performance and recovery.
